??????????????????????????????????????????????????????  OH, use a different bowser to download it.  I imagine that worked for many people.   I don't Believe it likes  Microsoft Edge.  Test downloading it on Yet another Computer system.  Then you can  duplicate the  .exe put in file to the computer.  ???????????????????????????????????? ?
